Property Management Company is the customer-facing brand for Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers LLC (RERA ORN ) and Prokeep Residential Property Care Services LLC (trade licence ).

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the information on this website is accurate at the time of publication. Pricing shown is indicative; final pricing is confirmed in a written quote.

Regulatory information (Ejari, Tawtheeq, Tasdeeq processes; rent-cap rules; dispute-resolution forums) is provided for general guidance. UAE regulations change; for any time-sensitive matter, confirm the current position with the relevant regulator.

You may use the website for genuine enquiries about our services. Automated scraping, bulk submissions to forms, and circumvention of our rate-limiting controls are not permitted.

Form submissions are limited to 3 per IP address per hour to prevent abuse. Excessive submission attempts will be blocked.

All content on this website — text, images, layout, code — is owned by Property Management Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

This website uses Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam, Resend for transactional email, Supabase for content and lead storage, PostHog and Vercel Analytics for usage analytics. Each is governed by its own terms.

The website is provided 'as is'. We disclaim, to the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Our liability for any claim arising from your use of the website is limited to AED 1,000 unless a separate written contract specifies otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
