This privacy policy applies to Property Management Company, the customer-facing brand for Deluxe Homes Real Estate Brokers LLC (RERA ORN ) and Prokeep Residential Property Care Services LLC (trade licence ).

We operate the website propertymanagementcompany.ae and its sub-pages.

Form submissions: name, phone, email (optional), property address, emirate, service interest, message. Submitted voluntarily when you fill in our contact or quote forms.

Technical data: IP address (hashed), user-agent, page-source URL — used for rate-limiting, fraud prevention, and basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Analytics: anonymised page-view counts via PostHog (EU region) and Vercel Web Analytics. No personal identifiers are stored against analytics events.
