Property Management Company is the customer-facing brand for two operating entities that, together, cover the whole landlord workload across the UAE. We exist because UAE landlords were tired of stitching together a brokerage for tenant sourcing, a paralegal for Ejari, an accountant for rent collection, and four different home-services WhatsApps for everything that breaks. Why two legal entities, one brand
These are two distinct regulatory frameworks. Real-estate brokerage in the UAE requires a RERA / ADREC / Sharjah Municipality licence — without it, introducing a tenant to a property is technically a regulatory breach. Home-services work requires a trade licence with the relevant Municipality classifications.
Mixing the two under a single corporate roof creates regulatory ambiguity. Splitting them gives you a properly licensed entity on each side of the line, and a single customer brand on top so the boundary is invisible to you.

We operate dedicated teams in each emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Each emirate has its own account manager, its own phone number, and its own regulator workflow (Ejari in Dubai, Tawtheeq via TAMM in Abu Dhabi, Tasdeeq at Sharjah Municipality, RAK / Ajman / Fujairah / UAQ Municipality filings elsewhere).
What's the same everywhere: the monthly owner statement, the photo-documented inspections, the bounce-alert protocol, and the WhatsApp-first communication. What's different: the regulator, the utility provider (DEWA / ADDC / SEWA / FEWA), and any emirate-specific protocols (salt-air maintenance in RAK and Fujairah; family-occupancy compliance in Sharjah; rent-cap calculations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi).
